The short version

- Leave any time.Delete your account in Settings. It’s gone for good after 30 days.
01This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“Collaborators”, “we”) for using the Collaborators apps and website. By creating an account you agree to them, to the Community Guidelines, and to how we handle data in the Privacy Policy.
02Who can use Collaborators
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must not have been banned from Collaborators before.
- You can have one personal account, and it must represent you, a real person.
03Your account
Keep your sign-in secure: you’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away at support@collaborators.app if you think someone else has access. Keep your profile honest and up to date. It is how other people decide whether to work with you.
04Your content
You keep all rights to everything you post: your profile, work, projects and messages. To run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content only to operate and improve Collaborators, for example showing your work on your card and profile. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others already received in messages.
Only post what you have the right to post. If you show work made with others, credit them.
05How to behave
Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, never:
- harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or post hateful or sexual content;
- ask for money, fees to join a project, passwords, or verification codes;
- pretend to be someone else, or post work that isn’t yours;
- spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or get round its limits and safety features;
- use Collaborators for anything illegal.
06Working with other people
Collaborators helps people find each other. We are not a party to anything you agree with someone you meet here, and we don’t employ, vet or guarantee any user.

07Projects and share links
When you post a project you’re responsible for it and for the roles you open. Share links let anyone see a public project, and credit whoever shared it. Referral credit is only earned when a new person genuinely joins and takes part. We may withhold it if we see abuse.
08Paid features
Collaborators is free. Optional paid features, such as Pro, are billed through the App Store or Google Play and follow their payment, renewal and refund terms. We’ll always show the price before you buy. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep what you paid for until the period ends.
09Safety and enforcement
Anyone can report a profile, message or project. A person reviews every report. Depending on what happened we may issue a warning, remove content, limit messaging or discovery, suspend, or permanently ban an account, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. We filter objectionable content automatically.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice or write to safety@collaborators.app and a different moderator will look again.
10Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. It’s hidden immediately and erased after 30 days; signing back in before then cancels the deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.
11The service as it is
We work hard to keep Collaborators running well, but it’s provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you’ll find the collaborator you’re looking for. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something important you paid for, we’ll tell you in advance.
12Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users do. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and [amount]. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there.
14Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app first, and you’ll agree to the new version before carrying on. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
