Delete your account.

You can leave whenever you like. Here’s exactly how, and what happens to your data. No hoops, no dark patterns.

In the app

On iPhone, Android or desktop.

  1. Open Settings.Tap your photo on the You tab, then Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account.At the bottom of Settings.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.You’re signed out, and your profile is hidden straight away.
Without the app

By email

If you’ve deleted the app or can’t sign in.

  1. Email support@collaborators.appFrom the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. We confirm it’s you.We reply to that address to make sure the request came from you.
  3. We start the deletion.Within 3 working days. You’ll get an email when it’s done.

What happens next

Gone in 30 days. For good.

  1. 1Right awayYour profile disappears from Discover, search, projects and the web.
  2. 2Days 1–30Changed your mind? Sign back in and the deletion is cancelled.
  3. 3Day 30Your account and everything in it is permanently erased.
  4. ✓Within 60 daysThe last backup copies roll over and are gone too.

Your data

What’s deleted, and what isn’t.

Erased

  • Your account, email and sign-in details
  • Your profile, photo, skills and work
  • Projects you own, and their roles and team rooms
  • Your messages, including in conversations with others
  • Your matches, Collabs, passes and profile views

Kept, without your name

  • Reports you made about others, so moderation history holds
  • Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires

Paid subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play settings, or it will keep renewing.
