Delete your account.

You can leave whenever you like. Here’s exactly how, and what happens to your data. No hoops, no dark patterns.

In the app

On iPhone, Android or desktop.

  1. Open Settings.Tap your photo on the You tab, then Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account.At the bottom of Settings.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.Everything is erased on the spot and you’re signed out.
Without the app

By email

If you’ve deleted the app or can’t sign in.

  1. Email support@collaborators.appFrom the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. We confirm it’s you.We reply to that address to make sure the request came from you.
  3. We delete it.Within 3 working days, everything at once. You’ll get an email when it’s done.

What happens next

Gone right away. For good.

  1. 1First, your filesYour photo and every image you uploaded are deleted from storage.
  2. 2Then, everything elseYour account, profile, projects, connections and messages are erased, in the same moment.
  3. 3You’re signed outThe app clears what it kept on your device too. There is no undo.
  4. ✓Within 30 daysThe last backup copies roll over and are gone too.

What’s deleted, and what isn’t.

Erased

  • Your account, email and sign-in details
  • Your profile, photo, skills and work
  • Every image you uploaded, and every resized copy of it
  • Projects you own, and their roles and team rooms
  • Your messages, including in conversations with others
  • Your connections, Collabs, passes, profile views and notifications

Kept, without your name

  • Reports you made about others, so moderation history holds
  • Tasks and updates you added to other people’s projects
  • Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires

Paid subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play settings, or it will keep renewing.
